One-on-One Coaching
We begin with an onboarding project to map your stage and unknowns, define “fit,” lock customer segment precision and investor segment precision, and draft an investor offer you can defend.
With the framework in place e move to weekly deep 1-1 sessions and between-session application to keep decisions sharp, strategy coherent, and execution disciplined.
You need to be committed to this. We reserve our capacity for founders who will show up for sessions and apply the strategy in between.
